Attention Victoria Winterfest Coaches, I have emailed you all a 4th running order draft due to many spacing problems. Please check the 4th draft immediately, especially the last section of dance day with the Open and Uni teams. I must have the final draft out tomorrow afternoon – Thursday 18th by 5pm – so please view the 4th draft thoroughly and email me any changes before midday tomorrow. There will be no more changes after this. Realise Winterfest is a 4 minute spacing, not a 3 minute like States and Nationals, thus more time in-between items, and more time in the warm-up room.
