Attention Village Residents, especially ELA Soccer Families and Isaac Fox parents: Countryside West Soccer Field Parking Lot Resurfacing Notification The Village of Lake Zurich has contracted with Chicagoland Paving to provide resurfacing services at the Countryside West soccer field parking lot, located on Deerpath Road just east of the Lake Zurich Middle School South Campus. The work will consist of pavement pulverizing, re-grading, base repair, pavement resurfacing, re-striping, and sidewalk replacement as needed. The parking lot will be closed starting on Thursday, September 12. Phase 1 of this project will focus on removal of sidewalk sections, followed by pavement pulverizing starting on Monday, September 16. Re-grading and new sidewalk are scheduled to be completed by Friday, September 20. New pavement and re-striping are scheduled to be completed by Friday, September 27. Construction activities will be limited to 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday - Friday and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday. There is to be no parking at any time during the period of construction, even if there appears to be no construction taking place at that time. This will allow the engineer / inspector and the contractor to paint road markings and work unimpeded. Thank you for you patience during this construction.
