Attention all computer/laptop any tech device owners! Verify the start & end dates of your warranty actually match the date of when you purchased your computer or signed up for the service. KEEP ALL receipts! #HP has the start date of my warranty 2 months before I even purchased it. Ive been transferred now 8x to fight this & then all of a sudden a hang up. I was told they have the date starting from when they actually built the laptop not when it was purchased. Just imagine how many of our other devices where consumers are being screwed if they didnt match up exact dates. Its NOT good enough to know its in warranty match the date with your receipt. Guess its time to send a letter to my good old friend BBB (Better Business Bureau). They do an excellent job helping consumers. #SharingIsCaring
