Attention all of those people who dont have a resolution, but are committed to make a life style change! EFP is a doing a flash mob fitness workout! Over that last 4 and half years over 1600 people have had an efp strong workout. So tomorrow morning all hands on deck. Show up for the 7am class wearing an efp t-shirt and when a EFP prize! The person with the most vintage t-shirt will win $100 and 1 month of unlimited bootcamps for a friend or family member. If you are not currently a member you can use it for yourself.
