If its not legalized in two years, it will be in the next ten. So lets go ahead and legalize it and make 25-30 million dollars a year in taxes, give a certain percentage of that revenue to schools, community projects, and charities, and end this ridiculous prohibition that hasnt accomplished a single thing in 40 years. despite an army of drug czars and an outrageous budget -- a budget that you, the taxpayer, ultimately pays for.
