Aude Mmha - Sorry but I just cant bring myself to send this as a PM. So all of you out there can sit and shake your heads like I am. I have now received two emails from support regarding the withdrawal of the sale problem. The latest letter follows. My interpretation is: 1) the developers have the problem 2) Since I didnt send any followup complaints (?), then they will assume the problem has been fixed. Fixed? Thats why Im posting this. Do any of you believe that the problem has been fixed to your satisfaction? Do we need to bombard them with more complaints? If we do, then Im sorry, Aude, you will have to start writing up tickets more frequently. They just dont understand.
