August 11, 2014 - Barely 30 minutes into a 5-night stay at the Station Inn, our foreign power count was already up to 4 as C44-9W 9508 led BNSF ES44C4 6850 and ES44DC 7255 through Cresson on an eastbound stack train creeping up to a stop signal at MO. After about 15 minutes pause, the train resumed its journey. SD40E helpers 6310 and 6324 followed closely behind, presumably after cutting off the stacks while stopped. As the helpers arrived at MO themselves, they were met by a westbound empty crude oil drag, led by the trio (all NS this time) of ES44DC 7718, C44-9W 9648, and SD70M 2597. - Dave Ferrell
