August 13, arthroscopic surgery right shoulder. August 11 attacked by Trochanter pain syndrome, intense enough to make Clint Eastwood cry. Messenger from pharmacy calls, will deliver medication in about one hour. time enough for me to take a shower and scrub shoulder with antibiotic soap. Phone rings, I walk out buck naked, messenger might not have correct address. but it is Loren to confirm times for departure to hospital. standing in the window in my all together and would you know it but the messenger is approaching the house. Modest me runs to get some clothes on. Messenger decided to come right away. So I go take my shower but pain is too intense and I cannot sit yet I need to scrub my shoulder with special soap; pain in my leg is killing me. Back in my cottage, I place my medication in the basket of my walker and walk into kitchen to check on my chili. The child-proof lid comes off and about 100 capsules spill all over the floor. Do I cry, or laugh at my plight or cuss up a storm?
