GLOBAL PEACE UNIVERSITY The Goal of Global Peace University is to bring GLOBAL CHANGE for GLOBAL PEACE; GLOBAL LOVE; GLOBAL ONENESS (GPLO) and to solve at least 60% to 70% and beyond the problems of the world and the developing countries of the South East ASIA in particular and ESPECIALLY in the North East of INDIA, in the Northern parts of East and West of MYANMAR and in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of BANGLADESH besides QUALITY and PROFESSIONAL Education such as POVERTY, ILLITARACY, UNHEALTHY, UNDERDEVELOPED, ROAD and MEDIA CONNECTIVITY, EDUCATED UNEMPLOYMENT CRISIS and RACIAL/ RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION which is something like the HATRED. All these are affected due to practice of CORRUPTION, INJUSTICE and IMMORALITY. The Vision of the University is to have TWO systems of Education like granting Degree Courses, and non granting degree programs such as Research, Peace Campaign, Preaching, Singing, Dancing, Teaching, Peace Volunteer Service, Newspapers, Magazines, Internet, Telephones, Radio, TV, Cinemas, Skits, Conference, Crusade, Seminar, Workshop, Counseling, Dialogue, Discussion, Sports, Games etc. The non granting degree programs shall not have campus, students and faculty but the granting degree courses shall have campus, students and faculty. The Global Peace University and its programs along with the TOWN of TAKMOILUNG HEADQUARTERS to be converted as a MASTER PLAN CITY as GLOBAL PEAC HILL CITY will be carried out to attain and maintain at the International standard UNIVERSITY and CITY without the restriction in participation with the International Community as a Students, Staff, Member, Partner, Patron Donor, Investor etc. around the world with Takmoilung Headquarters in POU MONGPAA HILL tract of Tahamzam (Senapati) District Manipur North EAST INDIA where the region will be declared as GLOBAL PEACE ZONE’ forever. Many people had lost confidence in the government officials and the Rulers their (people) faith were almost gone because they were JEALOUS of the PROUD and CORRUPTED AUTHORITIES when they saw that things go well for the wicked, where the RICH becomes RICHER and RICHER and the poor becomes POORER and POORER. “LET JUSTICE FLOW LIKE A STREAM AND RIGHTEOUSNESS LIKE A RIVER THAT NEVER GOES DRY” (AMOS 5:24). TAKMOILUNG HEADQUARTERS RESOLUTION (ON NAGAS INDEPENDENCE DAY OF AUGUST 14, 2014) The Global Peace Court of JUSTICE deals with the legal Problems of the Global Peace GPLO. It has TWO Judiciary Courts or TWO Chambers such the Court of God (the Upper Chamber) which is the highest Judiciary body and the Court of People (the Lower Chamber), in the Other word, the CUSTOMARY COURT of the GPLO. All Customary Laws including any Law of a Society, State/Country or any International Organization that do not go against the sixty six (66) BOOKS of God, the Holy Bible will be considered and recognized as the LAW of the GPLO, otherwise, if any Law of a Society, State/Country or any International Organization that go against the 66 Books of God, the Holy Bible will not be considered as the Law of the GPLO strictly. THE GOLBAL PEACE COURT OF JUSTICE “If one of you has a dispute with a fellow-Christian, how dare he go before HEATHEN Judges instead of letting God’s people settle the matter? DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT GOD’S PEOPLE WILL JUDGE THE WORLD? Well, then, if you are to judge the world, ’ARE NOT YOU CAPABLE JUDGING SMALL MATTERS?DO YOU NOT THAT WE SHALL JUDGE THE ANGELS? How much more, then, the things of this LIFE! If such matters come up, ’ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE THEM TO BE SETTLED BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO STANDING IN THE CHURCH? SHAME on you! Surely there is at least ONE WISE PERSON in your fellowship who can settle a dispute between fellow-Christians (I Corinthians 6:1-6). THE LAW AND ORDER (i) The Holy Orders of the 66 Books of God, the Holy Bible are sources of UNIQUE inspiration of God, and is the Highest Authority and the FINAL LAW and the Charter of the GPLO in all matters of belief and conduct (II Timothy 3:16). (ii) All the Laws of a Society, State/Country or any International Organization which do not go against the 66 Books of God, the Holy Bible will be considered and recognized as the Law of the GPLO, Otherwise, NOT. (iii) GLOBAL PEACE GPLO shall NOT get REGISTRATION from any Country or Organization UNLESS she ACCEPT, CONSIDER and RECOGNIZE the 66 BOOKS of God, the HOLY BIBLE as the LAW of her Country or Organization. TAKMOILUNG HEADQUARTERS RESOLUTION 1. Resolved to assign or appoint 17 (Seventeen) JUSTICE to the Court of God and 33 (Thirty three) JUDGES to the Court of People with Takmoilung Headquarters, besides, the Chief Justice as PHASE I and the appointed Justice and Judges will be listed out in a separate sheet as Annex I 2. Resolved to Pronounce Taylor Swift as the Global Convener Cum Spokesperson is assigned as a Justice as an additional charge, Rev. Tainamei Ping Mara, Stephan Thakngaring and Dr. G. Gurganus are assigned as JUSTICE to the Court of Global Peace of JUSTICE w.e.f. today August 14, 2014. 3. Resolved to pronounce Rev. Dr. John Rangba Mara as the Chief JUSTICE to the Court of Global Peace of JUSTICE, besides, the Global President of the GPLO w. e. f. today August14, 2014. And resolved the TOWN of Takmoilong Headquarters to be converted into a master PLAN city as “GLOBAL PEACE HILL CITY” will be entitled as the city of NEW JERUSALEM means HOLY and PEACE where the region will be DECLARED as ‘GLOBAL PEACE ZONE’ forever. 4. Resolved to set up the seventh, the Eight, the Ninth and Tenth Footsteps Programs of the University such as a daily Newspapers, weekly and monthly magazines, FM Radio, TV and to appoint some full time Administrative staff and workers for the smooth running of the mission/ministry with Takmoilong Headquarters in order to WIDEN the GLOBAL PEACE CAMPAIGN in both the National and International around the world. And also, resolved TAYLOR SWIFT as the Global Convener cum spokesperson & Justice of the Global Peace GPLO to PRAY, THINK, PLAN and ORGANIZE and FIND OUT a way to set up a Provision as sustainable FUND for the said Non-PROFIT Projects/Programs and its needs such as the monthly salary of the full time administrative staff and workers, to buy a printing machine, computers, other tools, office rent maintenance, etc. The need amount of money will be shown in a separate sheet as annex – II. 5. Resolved ALL Justice and Judges of the Global Peace Court of JUSTICE should take FAIR Judgment, STEPS and decision without any corruption and delay according to the sixty six (66) books of God, The Holy Bible, besides, the LAWS and Ordinance of the GPLO. And resolved all the justice and judges of the Global Peace Court of Justice to seek the help from their respective State/Country Police assistance or the Government Co-operation whenever the need arises while they are delivering their duties or works for the security without any hesitation. 6. Resolved the works of Global Peace Campaign Center for Global Change of Global Peace University with Tamoilung Headquarters will be carried out by a committee of Global Peace Campaign Board in participation with the International community around the world to attain and maintain at the International standard under the supervision of the University. And resolved to approach the UNITED NATIONS for her Co-operation and participation whenever the need arises as a PARTNER for the NEWLY proposed ‘GLOBAL PEACE UNIVERSITY and its Programs along with the TOWN Takmoilung Headquarters to be converted as a MASTER PLAN CITY as “GLOBAL PEACE HILL CITY” where the region will be DECLARED as GLOBAL PEACE ZONE forever for the welfare of all mankind as a WHOLE in support of the Millennium Development Goals of the United Nations and Global Change for Peace, Equal living, Equal respect and Equal Opportunity to maintain ‘PEACE and SECURITY’. 7. Resolved the Global Peace University will run at the International Standard University without the restriction in participation with the International Community as a student, staff, member, partner, patron, donor, investor etc. and resolved to have 17(seventeen) countries as FOUNDING MEMBERS (or founders), 33(thirty three) countries as permanent members and 50 (fifty) countries as the Primary members as per direction and revelation of God under the supervision of the GPLO of which countries list is given in a separate sheet as annex-III, besides, other NGOs and individuals. Any Primary Country member or any unlisted country may/can become to the membership of founding and permanent in the near future if they wish to do so if God’s WILL.
