Happy Saturday :) 1: Wide squat pulse 2, turn and lunge to the side and pulse for 2, continue alternating for 1 minute. 2: Wide squat pulse for 2, lunge back pulse for two, return to squat pulse for 2. Alternate legs 1 minute. 3: Chair 2 counts down 2 up, 1 minute 4: Tap down balance, knee up, opposite arm to opposite leg, modify by tapping down your foot, 1 minute 5: 4 jacks, 4 heismans hold knee up.
