Hon’ble Sir/Madam, It has come to my notice that Rev.TAINAMEI KAPING who hailed from Manipur North East India was TORTURED by some people in DHARAN CITY, NEPAL and put into the Inarwa Jail (prison) with BLEEDING from the NOSE a couple of weeks back. Rev. TAINAMEI KAPING is an anointed Servant of God who is working with his wife for 50 Orphans Children as a Pastor for THEM in DHARAN CITY,NEPAL since 1998. “WHATEVER CASE MAY BE TORTURED IS NOT PERMITTED BY THE LAW”. GLOBAL PEACE GPLO believes and respects NEPAL is ONE of the CIVILIZED country Members of the UN. The Rev.TAINAMEI KAPING must be given proper Medical assistance accordingly and release him. “WHAT PENALTY IS REQUIRED AFTER THE TORTURED?” LOGICAL PROOF must be maintained for every allegation.
