August 30, 2014... Cub Meeting and Saturday Fun Flying.... We had another great turnout for our club meeting 14 members present and voted in 3 new members. Our club is growing and we have a lot of activities planned. We are going to met Monday morning to rework our flying field to make it better for the old and new flyers. We added another AMA and Field Safety Sign to our field. We believe in Safety and are training our new members to follow all the safety rules. This Saturday we survived two rain storms, but just before we left the field the sky turned black....we all shagged except Charlie who decided to brave it out for the night. ( Charlie decided it would be safer at home ) I cant blame him...real bad weather in the area. With all the rain we got some good flying in anyway. Thanks to Eric for bringing Drinks and ice for the daily activities. I will be posting some of the Event we have planned for next month and will be taking pictures to show the activity of our club. We would like to have you join us in one of the greatest hobbies ever. We support AMA !!!
