August 4th 1995, Not able to sit home doing nothing, I signed up to a labor pool. I was called out to a job site in Mill Valley as a temp Laborer through Labor Ready...August 10th, after days of using a 90lb jack hammer, my hands hurt body hurt. I was in the job trailor looking at plans. The Superintendent asks if I could read those plans, I said yes and proceeded to show him where we were and what we had to finish..He asked me if I wanted permanent employment. I accepted his offer. From Laborer to Carpenter to Foreman to Assist Super Super to Project Manager over the last 19 years has shown me hard work, a positive attitude and people who belive in you can reap some great rewards. I celebrate 19 years of employment today. .
