August 8 1945, humanity entered an era of enlightenment. The Nuremberg Trials. 23 NAZI leaders were put on trial to answer for 80 million killed or murdered, nations devastated, and the planet left impoverished. 12 were hanged, 1 committed suicide, 3 were acquitted the rest received long term imprisonment. (one committed suicide after 40 years in prison at the age of 92) Nuremberg trial established protocols and war related crimes for guiding humanity in the hope not to repeat a major unjust war that will vanquish humanity next time around. In this assay I will focus on principal IV that states: ----- Principal IV The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him of responsibility under international law, provided that a moral choice was in fact possible for him. Principal 4 seeks to establish the fact (fact shall not be on trial) that a man is superior and sovereign in his own rights. Shall a man accept higher authority he is committing a crime. Let me reiterate this point. You commit crime every time you submit to higher authority. There is no higher authority above man. NO police, NO government, NO Queen or Pope and NO God. Man stands alone, superior and sovereign. It will be you that will judged not your believe, neither your orders. You and You alone. (You spelt with capital Y is singular superior and sovereign intellect) You are guilty of your action You are guilty of Your moral choice. You do carry Your own cross. You make your cross a burden or a pleasure that too is your choice. Equally committing crime is to attempt to dominate another man. Superior and Sovereign can not be dominated. Crimes against humanity includes murder, enslavement or persecution on political, religious or racial grounds. This is not a joke. A murder is the same as denying religion. Because the only thing that is denied is the sovereignty of man, his birth right and that is a murder. (turning life into death) Let me conclude this observation with a quote from the first recognised King a farther of all laws today. HAMMURABIS CODE OF LAWS to bring about the rule of righteousness in the land, to destroy the wicked and the evil-doers; so that the strong should not harm the weak; so that I should rule over the black-headed people like Shamash, and enlighten the land, to further the well-being of mankind.
