Aunty Carol Cooper with Kirsty Sword Gusmao at Sydney Town Hall on May 15th - two strong women leaders who are very committed to their nations and to the links between them (and each other). Kirsty has just been awarded a Doctorate for her work on Education in Timor-Leste from Melbourne University, Carol is Elder for the Darug & Gundungurra Aboriginal nations in the Blue Mountains. Both are BMETS sisters out law!
