Australia Today By Luke Allan Steers They are fighting not to show our demonstrations in Australia after the day of rage/mourning protests a few seconds of the sydney melbourne protests were shown then they cut straight to libya protest that turned violent no mention of the millions that rallied peacefully on every continent they downplay everything the people want, our government here right now is systematically stripping our rights and taking benefits off the unemployed aged and sick, government reps have been installed in the offices of every media outlet in the country and government spin doctors have been employed to control social media, its sad to watch. Mandatory jail terms for protestors are being pushed in one state. All within a few months the changes are scary and only a few people I know (outside of fb) even realise its happening. Id say Sport is given roughly 10 times more airplay on mainstream media here than international news.
