The number of STC issued and created will vary from system to system as it is based on the total production. Western Australia Western Australia is governed by the net model and maximum system size vary from your electricity provider: 5kW for Synergy customers and 10kW per phase (30kW in total) for Horizon Power customers. WA offers a premium amount of 40 cents per kilowatt hour of electricity in excess of what you need. WAs solar schemes and bonuses is under review for development and improvement purposes.
