Shopian killings: Third deceased also identified as a civilian The third youth killed in yesterday’s firing in Shopian has been identified as Tariq Ahmad Mir son of Ghulam Nabi Mir, a resident of Okay Kulgam. Four persons were killed and one injured critically when Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) fired on six youth riding two bikes in Gagran Shopian in south Kashmir on Saturday. Though the police claimed that the slain were militants but the identities of the three revealed so far suggest that they were civilians.Threeof the dead were identified as Tawseef Ahmad Bhat, 18, son of Gulam Muhammad Bhat, resident of BabaMohallah Shopian, Muhammad Yousuf resident of Durpora, Zainpora (a labourer) and Tariq Ahmad Mir son of Ghulam Nabi Mir resident of Okay, Kulgam.
