Authors have a rule to NEVER respond to reviews, but this is something thats gotta stop. Ive seen authors forced to take down their books from savage personal attacks. Ive been called names more times that I can count. ****Its rare that a great writer is born AND has enough guts to actually publish a book.**** Reviewers who keep the comments about the book are helpful to readers and writers. They encourage us to be better. Name calling is just that, and it does break people. Ive seen some awesome authors break from it over the past year. They didnt come back. Sticks and stones may break your bones, but words always cut deeper.
