Autism Insurance Coverage and Mass Health Connector Webinar Information Autism Insurance Resource Center phone:1-800-642-0249 or email: [email protected] ________________________________________ Please join us for a Webinar MassHealth, and many employer sponsored insurance policies, are not subject to the autism insurance law known as ARICA. There is currently an Open Enrollment period to purchase private insurance policies through the Health Connector the Connector. Policies purchased through the Connector are subject to ARICA, and provide access to medically-necessary autism treatments, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This can be especially helpful for people who need to access treatments covered under ARICA, but whose insurance is not subject to the law. Please review this document. It provides details and instructions for obtaining coverage. The Autism Insurance Resource Center will be holding two webinars: • Friday, December 5th, 9:30-11:00AM • Thursday, December 11th, 9:30-11:00AM Participant Instructions to join the meeting: 1. 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting, please click on the following link: onlinetraining.umassmed.edu/arica/ 2. Choose Enter as a Guest, type in your first and last name, and click the Enter Room button. 3.
