Avocado Chocolate Pudding - thats right. Avocado. Its awesome: 4 Avocados, ripe till soft, but not till brown. Buy extras some may not be right or ready, remove pit, remove from skin, toss in blender. Add 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk Add 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Add 1 cup Agave nectar (or less if you want it less sweet) Add 4 tsp vanilla Blend until smooth Cool in fridge Serve cool with whip or fruit
