Avoidance of Smoking “And spend of your substance in the cause of Allah, and make not your own hands contribute to (your) destruction.” (Qur’an 2:195) “O you who believe! Eat not up your property among yourselves in vanities: but let there be amongst you traffic and trade by mutual good-will: nor kill (or destroy) yourselves: for verily Allah has been to you Most Merciful! If any do that in rancour and injustice, soon We shall cast him into the Fire: and easy it is for Allah.
