Awards season is officially here! Although we cannot wait to see the stars get glam for the red carpet at the Golden Globes, they got a head start on flaunting their fabulous fashion as they made the rounds at parties gearing up for the big night. If you were planning on making your awards season debut at the Golden Globes, I would expect the week leading up to the glam show to be filled with various meetings with stylists, a last-minute facial and lots of hydrating — but unfortunately the Hollywood set doesn’t have the chance to hibernate to prepare for the fashionable moment. Instead of kicking up their feet, they’re slipping into stylish dresses and getting gorgeous as they work the party circuit — just how do they make looking so good seem so effortless? Golden Globes Pre-Parties Best Dressed — Amy Adams, Sarah Hyland & More: Two of my favorite award show darlings, Amy Adams and Jessica Chastain, totally caught my eye when they celebrated on Jan. 8. Jessica opted for one of my fave red carpet designers, Elie Saab, for an Audi party. Amy looked gorgeous in a form-fitting, kelly green Roland Mouret dress from the Spring 2015 collection, which was simply stunning against her fair complexion and her red hair — and it made her eyes totally pop when she arrived at the Chateau Marmont for a W magazine party. (A cute touch, since she is nominated for her role in Big Eyes). While the silhouette didn’t require any frills, the bold hue stuck out on the red carpet and really elevated the sophisticated and chic style. Amy always looks appropriate and perfectly put together for every occasion — and her latest look is no exception! We can’t wait to see what she wears on Sunday. I wouldn’t be surprised if the actress rocked a bold hue — after all, she seems to be on a colorful kick! Mere days before the she presented an award to Ben Affleck at the People’s Choice Awards in a bold blue Gucci dress!
