Awesome day at Rich River draft Had my two runs in Maiden this morning. Spence did a lovely quiet camp , a bit bewildered outside but was soft and listened, got second peg then she did the Barry Bolt, did not even try to catch her, was my fault anyway , bit slow to get up on her round second peg , very pleased with him. Mr Winks scorched one round for an 87 ........ Yay made final , finished out of placings. Had my run in the open put one round for an 85, camp not as good, but great horse work outside got a 63 :) missed final by one point, but very happy. I rode Spencer again this arvo arena cleaning , he has really settled and is switched on, big thanks to Gerald Obrien helping me at the Berragoon Breaking in school :) Looking forward to my run on him in the Novice tomorrow .......... So very happy :)
