Awesome day at the pro strength and fitness gym with Andy Spratt and David Walsh, deadlift felt good worked our way to 200kg where I done 2 reps for me that is good then got the 230kg deadlift easier than before. Epic fail on the axle then some farmers walk. Then squats using the axle bar (which is thicker than a normal bar) but only went to 140kg. And thanks to david we had some tossing practice on a field with a keg which was fun and thought out a good conditioning routine with it #focus. Silverback baby.
