Awesome experience at The Original Strength Workshop. Moving better, feeling better and ready to change the world. Bonuses: 1) Had slammin BBQ on multiple occasions; 2) Havent tested yet but pretty sure my press went up after taking this pic with the Iron Tamer- and finally 3) Got to hear a killin guitarist named Danny Donato (only 19) tear it up Nashville-style. Thanks Tim, Sarah, Tash, David and everyone else who attended for the knowledge and for showing this Yankee what southern hospitality is all about. A weekend well spent!
