The case of Fayose versus Segun Oni was cited to buttress point. Meanwhile,ruling is expected to come up very soon and on date yet to be announced by the tribunal. However ,because of certainty of victory over the APC in this case especially as recorded today,the PDP supporters and other citizens of the state went into wild jubilation immediately the tribunal adjourned its sitting for today.
