Responsibilities: He/ She would be responsible for promotion and marketing, communication, developing strategies and relationships, working with team, managing official records/ documents. Continental Cook: The person who is always prompt on time, deep knowledge in continental cuisine, can provide a fast service and at least 5 years of experience in hotel business. Responsibilities: Providing best quality food, quick service, planning menu/ recipes (when needed), estimating the proper calculation for extra order/ events, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, saving from wastage and a good coordination with management. Bar Tender+ Service An active and smart person who has at least 2 years of experience in restaurant/ bar business, good knowledge in liquors, cocktails and mocktails, positive attitude, fluent in English, knowledge in coffee making is preferable and always being on time. Responsibilities: Making all the drinks, direct dealing with guests in professional manner, taking charge of all in and out, developing strategies for uplifting the company, maintaining the livelihood of the bar, keeping all the official records organised and always being on time. Dishwasher & House keeping Honest and friendly person who could manage time for the job.
