BAER FAMILY HOME 2014 Week 33 Wrap Up - Day 2 In another busier then usual overpacked Saturday working with a much larger then normal build crew turnout we wrapped up the 33rd week of Construction installing more floor trims, doorway trims, worked on spackling touch up of nail holes to prepare for trim paint. More bedroom doors got painted including the bi-fold doors for the downstairs laundry closet, upstairs hall closet, master bedroom closet openings and the 2nd upstairs bedroom closet. The downstairs bedroom closet bi-folds are yet to be done. The stairway wooden hand rail cap was installed and painted. The base trims for the stairway on both sides was also installed today. The downstairs storage closet under the stairway also got its floor trims installed today. It was a very busy and productive day with large crew of build volunteers which started out at 17 in the first half of the day and remained at 15 through the finish. Saturdays are typically the one day of the week that build crews are the smallest but theres a been a striking reversal in whats been a growing trend these last 3 weeks. 2 out of the last 3 build weeks have seen record turnout for build crew volunteers and that number has grown steadily over the last 8 build days. Production has seen an massive increase as a result. Its been wonderful to see so many people showing up to put in time. Thats the kind of effort we hope to see every week. Keep it up everyone and thank you to all of you who showed up today! Thats a wrap for Week 33.
