The complainant runs NGO of unemployed youth which has got the tender of cleaning nayanagar and gadh slums of ward no 181 in Mahim under clean Mumbai prabodhan abhiyan scheme. He was being tortured by husband of Shradhdha patil municipal corporator of the area threatening to abort his tender and was threatened to pay monthly hafta installment of Rs10000. The corporator had filed complaint against the complainant in the BMC too alleging not doing well his contracted work properly.The complainant approached ACB and in turn we laid a trap in which both shradha patil and her husband Rajesh patil have been arrested for demanding and receiving bribe of Rs 15000 from the complainant. The CR no 60/14 under section 13(1)(d) of prevention of corruption act 1988 is registered against both of them.
