BALANCE CHALLENGE (Improve your balance with one simple pose!) ~Do the following:~ 1. Watch the video. 2. Pick one of the following levels/modifications: (a) Ankle (b) Calf (c) Inner thigh (d) Inner thigh & hands together above head (e) Inner thigh & hands spread out like branches (f) Inner thigh & hands spread out like branches (eye gaze lifted) ...and the most challenging!... (g) Inner thigh & hands spread out like branches (eyes closed!) 3. Hold this pose for one minute and repeat with the other leg. Thats it! Comment below with whichever modification you tried and if you were able to hold it for one minute. Try progressing through the different modifications until you get to the most difficult one. You can also progress by holding the pose for longer than one minute. This will significantly increase you sense of balance over time, as well as strengthen your leg muscles and core.
