BANJIR... It is natural to be both empathetic and sympathetic towards those affected by the flood...I just hope that we learn from this experience to be better prepared for next time around... For those so-called leaders...1) go figure out better development projects than just pushing for things the people dont need....2) learn to anticipate and manage crisis before it comes and NOT after...3) deploy all assets and resources, and identify and move in food supply to assigned emergency centers before the monsoon comes knocking...4) communicate the evacuation and rescue plan to the public...5) be mindful,that public safety should be the ultimate concern..... ....for now, stop the blame game or any political discourse; and avoid and kill any negativities...the people dont need it... We need to move on to better crisis management before it bites our asses again.....
