BASIC PRINCIPLES OF DHARMA, JUSTICE, DEMORACY, CONSTITUTION, IDEALISM OF VARNA SYSTEM AND CASTE SYSTEM, RELIGION, DIRTY POLITICS OF CASTE AND RELIGION, SECULARISM AND ALL ROUND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT “Dharma” is an Original Vedic Sanskrit Word of very wide connotation and it has no equivalent or substitute word in any other language of the world. Dharma is uniform truth and is meant for all round sustainable development of individuals and society and for welfare of all creatures. The concept of Dharma is the foundation of Justice which means Victory of Dharma in all its Features. The Rules of Dharma are equally applicable to all alike in all cases and at all times. “Justice” means Victory of Dharma in all its Features by giving each and every person what is due to him or her in accordance with the Rules of Dharma for forcible defense of rights and suppression of wrongs that is called Real Justice, which contemplates suitable punishment to the offender, suitable compensation to the victim and suitable reward to the person working for defense of the victim. “Democracy” means an ideal system of governance under which the greatest, noblest, finest, fittest and the most competent persons are elected or selected by the people to rule over the society for proper management of the entire affairs of the society (State) for successful attainment of the aims and objects of the society (State) and its Government. “The main objects for establishment of State or Nation and its Government” includes Victory of Dharma in all its Features for upholding of Justice, enforcement of rights, redressal of wrongs, maintenance of order in society, protection of people from foreign aggression, public welfare, development of infrastructure facilities and bringing about all round sustainable development and prosperity of individuals, society, state and the nation. “Law” is an instrument for Victory of Dharma in all its features for upholding of Justice, enforcement of rights, redressal of wrongs, maintenance of order in society and for bringing about all round sustainable development and prosperity of individuals, society, state, nation and world community. “Chaturvana Vyavastha” (Four Class System) prevailed in Ancient India under which there was profession based broad classification of society, namely – Brahman Varna (Intellectual Class), Kshatriya Varna (Warrior Class), Vaishya Varna (Earning Class or Business Class), Shudra Varna (Labor Class). In ancient India Caste was a substitute word for Profession or Occupation and a person making instruments of iron (loha) was called Lohar i.e. Blacksmith, and a person making ornaments of gold (sona) was called Sonar i.e. Goldsmith. For continuation of development of professional dexterity, people used to follow the profession of their parents, and for convenience in professional work, they also used to marry with persons of the same profession and they began to live in colony inhabited by the people of the same profession, which resulted into development of Jati Pratha (Caste Custom) in the form of Professional Culture. In different periods in different centuries, various “Great Socio – Religious Reformers” including Lord Mahavir (Sixth Century BC), Lord Buddha (Sixth - Fifth Century BC), Jesus Christ (First Century AD), Prophet Mohammed (Sixth - Seventh Century AD), Kabir Das (Fifteenth – Sixteenth Century AD), Martin Luther (Fifteenth – Sixteenth Century AD), Swamy Dayanand Saraswati (Nineteenth Century AD), Swamy Vivekanand (Nineteenth – Twentieth Century AD), Pundit Hari Narayan Sharma ((Nineteenth – Twentieth Century AD) etc. strongly opposed all kinds of hypocritical practices (dhong- pakhand) prevalent in their respective times and they tried their best to free the society from all kinds of hypocrisy, for Promotion of Dharma in the entire world for betterment of the lives of the people. But the followers of most of these “Great Socio – Religious Reformers” established different “Religions” (Sampraday or Panth or Mazahab) in the name of aforesaid “Socio - Religious Reformers” and they made their different kinds of Religious Rules and Codes of Conduct relating to Methods of God Worship, Place of Worship (Temple, Church, Mosque, Gurudwara), Rites and Rituals, Festivals, Religious Symbols and Dress Code etc., and the people of theses different religious communities tried to establish religious supremacy over the other communities and they also began to hate and fight against others. Preamble of the Constitution of India provides that – “We the people of India have solemnly resolved to constitute India into a Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic and to secure to all its citizens Social, Economic and Political JUSTICE; LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; equality of status and opportunity; and to promote among them all FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the nation.” Therefore, different laws for different religious communities under similar situations and circumstances or division of people in the name of Minority, Majority, Backward Class, Forward Class, Dalit, Maha Dalit etc. and Caste Based Reservation System are violating the main objective or Soul of the Constitution, and they are in violation of the Basic Principles of Dharma Justice and Democracy, and they are in violation of the Principle of Secularism also, and they are obstructing the process of all round sustainable development of the society and state and of the nation. “Secular” means not concerned with any Religion (Sampraday or Panth or Mazahab). Therefore, the State or Government must not be concerned with any Religion, and by granting LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship, people of all communities should be equally treated by equal application of laws to all alike.
