#BBHotshots Sheillah Goes Bald Pulling focus back to the haute couture that forms part of this weeks theme, Big Brother introduced the Hotshots to South African hairstylist Jawad Maphoto. He has worked with top celebrities - including Boity Thulo, Pearl Thusi and Poppy Ntshongwana - and has featured in leading local and international magazines. Jawad was set to help housemates with their hairstyle concepts and how to make them work for the runway. The Hotshots were told to learn as much as they could from the task and the expert help. In preparation for the task, housemates put the final touches on their designs and paraded around in their newly-styled attire. Gathering outside, where a mini-runway had been set up, the housemates had their hair styled by Jawad, incorporating their designs as he went along. Ellah and Samantha, both sporting long locks, gave Jawad an opportunity to show off his deft hand when it comes to handling hair. Mam Bea, a stylist herself, eagerly shared her story and design notes with Jawad. She had very definite ideas about what she wanted for her hair, and the two creative got talking about the business. He also sympathised with the housemates’ laments about the hair items they didnt have access to in the house. Frankie, with no hair to work with, donned his wig, and JJ would also have to make another plan. Nhlanhla turned stylist inside, waving a pair of scissors over Sheillahs hair, which he eventually started snipping, leaving her practically bald. What do you think of the new looks in the house? Fans were extremely upset, but impressed, with Sheillahs decision to chop off her hair.
