BC Silver Alert Continues: #Vancouver Police believe that Joseph Lingappa, 75. may have been seen in the North #Surrey, #BC area on January 1st. Mr. Lingappa was last seen on Monday, December 29th at about 4:00 p.m. at his home near Granville Street and West 70th Avenue in Vancouver. Joseph is described as 5’10” tall, 180 lbs., with a slim build, dark hair and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a green bomber style jacket with a fur hood and orange lining and black Nike brand runners. It is unlike Mr Lingappa not to be in daily contact with his family and they are concerned for his well-being. If located, please approach him and tell him he has been reported missing and Call 9-1-1 immediately and stay until officers arrive.
