BE A HEARER AND A DOERBut whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. James 1:25 (KJV)Beloved, it is not just enough to hear alone, you must also take a quality decision to do all of Gods word you heard, because it is the doer of the word that prospers and not just the hearer. Like you already know, the evil in the day and hour we are living in is really unprecedented, so you cannot afford to just take things for granted. The arrows that are flying around are unimaginable and the only place of safety is the word of God. If God watches over His word to perform it, then how dare you live outside the word of God? In Psalms 107:20 we read, He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered (them) from their destructions. Are you afflicted in any way by any form of sickness and disease? I like to tell you that He has sent His word to heal you, but you need to embrace the word. Stand on the word and let the word truly be more important to you than your necessary food.The essence of the Word of God is to equip you so that you can truly live the word and manifest the power therein. For too long I have watched believers hear the word, get excited and do nothing with what they heard. Dont allow the devil pluck out your eyes before you hold on to the word. Like I always say, Jesus is not coming for a battered church rather He is coming for a glorious church without spot or wrinkle. That is why it is vitally important that you take note of everything God deposited into your spirit through messages from the mouth of His servants.I encourage you and indeed appeal to you to eat the word, drink the word and speak the word. Let the word be a light unto your feet and a lamp unto your path at all times. No matter how impossible that situation in your life has been before now, as you stand on the word of God pretty soon you will see it produce in your life.
