***BEAUTIFUL 12 MONTH OLD IS WAITING FOR A HERO AT MACC!*** A volunteer writes: Fluttershy is a tiny young girl who may certainly counts a Boston Terrier among her ancestors. She is very shy and mixed up as to what she should do or…say.She was found, lost in a park, a pretty and healthy looking female, all dressed up in a shiny ebony coat lit up by a diamond on her chest and white socks…She is as cute as a button. Fluttershy is quite hesitant to come out of her kennel. She walks the tail between her legs and once in the safety of a pen, comes to sit right away by my side like she was my long time faithful pet. She is very hand shy but after a while, gets used to me caressing her all over. Fluttershy is too wary for me to dress her up in a coat or put a bow around her neck. May be tomorrow…When a dog comes by our fence, she runs to see him or her, whimpers a little, rolls on her back, raises slightly her hackles or acts happy when she sees a female.. Poor thing, she has still to settle in…She does not take treats from my hands but when it comes to roastbeef, she is a wonderful customer. I love Fluttershy. She reminds me of a delicate flower, a black orchid. She seems to feel a little better than when she came in. I am looking forward to see her again and discover what else she has to tell about herself. Lovely Fluttershy is at the Manhattan Care Center.
