You were born perfect, just as you ARE.... and regardless of the negations of your utter validity and beauty heaped upon you by your family, society, religion and culture you are now and will always be utterly worthy and completely lovable as the day you were born! If you will become an Unconditionally Loving Mother to yourself- and take your wounded self to the breast of your tenderness, love and infinite compassion- I swear to you that you will call forth the peace, joy and enduring happiness you long for and completely deserve!
