BEEVILLE – Richard Lee Longoria, the man accused of gunning down Alex Longoria on April 14, 2013, at Kohler Park, has had his trial rescheduled again. The defendant, who was only 20 when he was arrested shortly after the murder, was indicted along with 27-year-old Andrew Clay “Catfish” Lopez 11 months ago for their part in the murder. Witnesses said they saw Lopez’s distinctive 1997 Camaro sedan pull up on the north side of the park the day the victim was shot.
