BEFORE I COME NATURE WILL ANNOUNCE IT MATTHEW 24:7 ‘and there - TopicsExpress

BEFORE I COME NATURE WILL ANNOUNCE IT MATTHEW 24:7 ‘and there will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places.’ My dearly beloved friends in Christ, nature (God’s creation) will announce the return of the Lord through signs. Jesus Himself foretells of that in the verse above. Even as I was praying for the dear people of Philippines that the Lord should protect His children from this awful hurricane that has come, the Lord led me to this verse above. Now what the Lord wanted me to share today in no way refers or limits to just one country but to the world as a whole. My heart is broken for all the loss of life that has happened due to the disaster. My dear friends it is no secret almost every week of this year 2013 there has been some form of devastating natural disaster somewhere in the world. Hurricanes, earth quakes, sink holes, earth slips, floods, fires, strange diseases have been reported from all over the world. This I took from a study by the IMF. Over the past two years, 700 natural disasters were registered worldwide affecting more than 450 million people, according to a new IMF study. Damages have risen from an estimated $20 billion on average per year in the 1990s to about $100 billion per year during 2000–10. Earthquakes measuring 5.0 and above have increased more the 70 times in the last decade alone according to another news article I read. Looking at some of the graphs provided with numbers it is clearly evident that the time period we are living in is the most worst period in recorded history for natural disasters. Beloved is there something we should take note of here. The earth by its quaking alone is telling us a message. Why is nature so volatile in these days? Isaiah 24:5-6 ‘The earth is also defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore the curse has devoured the earth and those who dwell in it are desolate. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned and few men are left.’ My friends man continues to stubbornly break the spiritual laws and natural laws and continues to live in rebellion against the Lord and does as he please. When that happens beloved Romans 1:24 says ‘Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness in the lusts of their hearts to dishonor their bodies amongst themselves.’ Yes when mankind stubbornly continues to rebel against the Lord, the Lord gives man over to his sin. When sin abounds as Isaiah 24:5-6 says a curse consumes the earth and nature itself cries out to its Maker that it is being defiled by the actions of mankind. When the Lord created the world Genesis 1:31 says ‘Then God saw everything that He had made and indeed it was very good.’ Yes the world was made perfect but mankind by their acts of sin and rebellion and self centeredness has made the world imperfect and full of destructions. Hence for as long as mankind violate the laws of God both spiritual (lust, pride, sin, immorality, greed, hate etc) and natural (ie cutting down trees, deforestation and all other things which violate the natural system that the Lord Himself had put in place), there is going to be a rapid increase in natural disasters until the Second Coming of the Lord. Jesus Himself foretold it more than 2000 years ago and today we are seeing it happen right before our eyes. Jesus is Coming for sure. There is no doubt about that. The question is, are we ready to meet Him as the Bride of Christ without spot or wrinkle (1 Timothy 6:14)? I know all you my dear readers today are ever ready for that day looking forward to it with great joy. Hence go tell the world that Jesus Christ is indeed coming back again. God bless you (Romesh Daniels).
