*BEHIND THE SCENES UPDATE* I go back on the road on July 2 starting in Toronto and it will be on and off for the next several months. This weekend I am more than happy to be presenting the wonderful and talented Dylan Moran. He plays Vancouver tomorrow and then 2 shows across the boarder and then Victoria. I love comedy with all my heart and so many folks have messaged me with suggestions for more folks to bring in. My time as a promoter will be few and far between as I have tied myself to the silly stand up career dreams of a fat panda, but I will try my best to showcase bigger names as well as more shows that feature smaller local comedians. I am happy to say that next year a second version of The Open Mikers will play Victoria with an, as of yet, un-picked roster of young comedians. My team of folks (I ACTUALLY have a team! Neat) is also in negotiations to bring one of the worlds most well known comedians to Victoria in 2014 and we will likely know the outcome of that in the following weeks. I have no idea if anybody reads this or if anybody cares, but I will always try to be as transparent and honest as I can with the folks who take the time to like my page. Coming soon, my honest opinion of writing a magazine article and my grumpy and hot ramblings from the road!
