BEING COGNISANCE AND ACQUAINTED WITH OUR ONENESS WITH CHRIST IN THE SPIRIT AND NOT IN PHYSICAL IS WHERE OUR TRUE AND REAL IDENTITY IN LIFE IS FOUND. 1Cor:6:17 But the person who is united to the Lord becomes one spirit with Him.12:13 For by [means of the personal agency of] one [Holy] Spirit we were all, whether Jews or Greeks, slaves or free, baptized [and by baptism united together] into one body, and all made to drink of one [Holy] Spirit. AS A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, THERE HAS BEEN AN OPERATION THAT TOOK PLACE IN OUR LIVES THE MOMENT CHRIST CAME INTO OUR LIVES. THE OLD NATURE OF ADAMIC NATURE IS NO MORE OUR IDENTITY, BUT OUR IDENTITY IS NOW IN THE NEW NATURE OF CHRIST RESURRECTED STATE.1Cor:15:45-50: Thus it is written, The first man Adam became a living being (an individual personality); the last Adam (Christ) became a life-giving Spirit [restoring the dead to life]. But it is not the spiritual life which came first, but the physical and then the spiritual. The first man [was] from out of earth, made of dust (earthly-minded); the second Man [is] {the Lord} from out of heaven. Now those who are made of the dust are like him who was first made of the dust (earthly-minded); and as is [the Man] from heaven, so also [are those] who are of heaven (heavenly-minded). And just as we have borne the image [of the man] of dust, so shall we {and so} {let us} also bear the image [of the Man] of heaven. But I tell you this, brethren, flesh and blood cannot [become partakers of eternal salvation and] inherit {or} share in the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable (that which is decaying) inherit {or} share in the imperishable (the immortal). THE REGENERATING OF THE SPIRIT HAS MADE US SEALED TOGETHER WITH CHRIST SPIRIT. WE WERE FORMERLY SPIRITUALLY DEAD BECAUSE OF ADAMIC NATURE, BUT THROUGH THE FAITH IN THE GRACE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WE ARE NOW A NEW CREATURE. Titus:3:3-7: For we also were once thoughtless {and} senseless, obstinate {and} disobedient, deluded {and} misled; [we too were once] slaves to all sorts of cravings {and} pleasures, wasting our days in malice and jealousy {and} envy, hateful (hated, detestable) and hating one another.But when the goodness and loving-kindness of God our Savior to man [as man] appeared, He saved us, not because of any works of righteousness that we had done, but because of His own pity {and} mercy, by [the] cleansing [bath] of the new birth (regeneration) and renewing of the Holy Spirit,Which He poured out [so] richly upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior. [And He did it in order] that we might be justified by His grace (by His favor, wholly undeserved), [that we might be acknowledged and counted as conformed to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action], and that we might become heirs of eternal life according to [our] hope. WE DID NOT KNOW OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IN THE FLESH, OR IN HIS PHYSICAL BIDY, WHY SHOULD WE THEN ALLOW OUR IDENTITY TO BE DEFINED BY OUR FLESH OR IN OUR PHYSICAL BODY? 2Cor:5:16-17: Consequently, from now on we estimate {and} regard no one from a [purely] human point of view [in terms of natural standards of value]. [No] even though we once did estimate Christ from a human viewpoint {and} as a man, yet now [we have such knowledge of Him that] we know Him no longer [in terms of the flesh].Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh {and} new has come! IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN OUR TRUE IDENTITY IN CHRIST, WE MUST CONSTANTLY BEING RENEWED IN OUR SPIRIT MIND. EPH:4:22-24: Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self] which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts {and} desires that spring from delusion; And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude], And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in Gods image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness. AS A TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, WE MUST ALWAYS SEE OURSELVES THE SAME WAY THE HEAVEN SEES US. THE REASON IS SO SIMPLE, FOR AS CHRIST IS IN HEAVEN, SO TOO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD. 1John:4:17 In this [union and communion with Him] love is brought to completion {and} attains perfection with us, that we may have confidence for the day of judgment [with assurance and boldness to face Him], because as He is, so are we in this world. CHRIST IS OUR WISDOM, RIGHTEOUSNESS,SANCTIFICATION, AND OUR REDEMPTION. SO OUR REAL TRUE SELF IS NOT IN OF OURSELVES, BUT IN CHRIST. 1cor:1:30 But it is from Him that you have your life in Christ Jesus, Whom God made our Wisdom from God, [revealed to us a knowledge of the divine plan of salvation previously hidden, manifesting itself as] our Righteousness [thus making us upright and putting us in right standing with God], and our Consecration [making us pure and holy], and our Redemption [providing our ransom from eternal penalty for sin]. CHRIST IS OUR LIVES. COL:3:1–4: IF THEN you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, thus sharing His resurrection from the dead], aim at {and} seek the [rich, eternal treasures] that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. And set your minds {and} keep them set on what is above (the higher things), not on the things that are on the earth. For [as far as this world is concerned] you have died, and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, Who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in [the splendor of His] glory. IN THIS UNION AND COMMUNION WITH CHRIST, WE ARE JOINT HEIRS OF GOD GLORY IN CHRIST. ROM:8:17 And if we are [His] children, then we are [His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His inheritance with Him]; only we must share His suffering if we are to share His glory. Eph:2:4-6:But God--so rich is He in His mercy! Because of {and} in order to satisfy the great {and} wonderful {and} intense love with which He loved us, Even when we were dead (slain) by [our own] shortcomings {and} trespasses, He made us alive together in fellowship {and} in union with Christ; [He gave us the very life of Christ Himself, the same new life with which He quickened Him, for] it is by grace (His favor and mercy which you did not deserve) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christs salvation). And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One). BECAUSE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IS THE HEIR OF ALL AND EVERYTHING THAT IS IN THE WILL OF HEAVENLY KINGDOM, THAT IS WHY EVERY BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN ARE JOINT HEIR WITH CHRIST TO EVERYTHING THE HEAVEN HAS. Col:1:15-19: [Now] He is the exact likeness of the unseen God [the visible representation of the invisible]; He is the Firstborn of all creation. For it was in Him that all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created {and} exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in {and} for Him.And He Himself existed before all things, and in Him all things consist (cohere, are held together). He also is the Head of [His] body, the church; seeing He is the Beginning, the Firstborn from among the dead, so that He alone in everything {and} in every respect might occupy the chief place [stand first and be preeminent].For it has pleased [the Father] that all the divine fullness (the sum total of the divine perfection, powers, and attributes) should dwell in Him permanently. Col:2:6-10: As you have therefore received Christ, [even] Jesus the Lord, [so] walk (regulate your lives and conduct yourselves) in union with {and} conformity to Him. Have the roots [of your being] firmly {and} deeply planted [in Him, fixed and founded in Him], being continually built up in Him, becoming increasingly more confirmed {and} established in the faith, just as you were taught, and abounding {and} overflowing in it with thanksgiving. See to it that no one carries you off as spoil {or} makes you yourselves captive by his so-called philosophy {and} intellectualism and vain deceit (idle fancies and plain nonsense), following human tradition (mens ideas of the material rather than the spiritual world), just crude notions following the rudimentary {and} elemental teachings of the universe and disregarding [the teachings of] Christ (the Messiah). For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].And you are in Him, made full {and} having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead--Father, Son and Holy Spirit--and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].
