BELGIUM: Message on behalf of 2Lt Williams regarding the trip - TopicsExpress

BELGIUM: Message on behalf of 2Lt Williams regarding the trip next week. I hope I find you well. Everyone really enjoyed the day out in Edinburgh to visit the Museum at Chambers St and the national War Museum at the Castle. We really learned some new things and I hope we put all the cadets more at ease regarding the project work involved with this trip. Its nearly time to head of to Belgium to begin our tour but there is still some outstanding paperwork to be handed in and some payments to come in. I cant stress enough that we need to get this done and the very last opportunity to do so will be on the morning we leave so please make sure yours is done and brought with you. Please find attached copies of all forms and a programme for the visit. You will see a slight change at the end were we have had to change ferries for the return home but that has enabled me to organise a trip to Vimy in France. There will still be time for shopping in Calais so have no fear parents, the cadets can still buy you your pressie. I need everyone to be at Drumshoreland House, Broxburn, at 9:00am on the morning of the 4th of September so any last bits of paperwork and checks on passports and EHIC cards can take place. Please do not forget these items as travel cannot take place without them. We will head of at 10:00am for Hull. I hope that everyone is as excited about this trip as I am and look forward to seeing everyone on the morning of the 4th. 2Lt Williams
