BELIEVE & FASTING(Brat) Believe in GOD or in anyother just a sort of PROJECTION of MIND whrereas fasting has a privy factor that directly challenges to the metabolism.If any brilliant mind able to find such DIVINE SIGHT by which we can reduce the metabolic rate to essence amount of calorie ,will be a great achievement then fasting common person can also survive for long time without any feed as sage.SAGE can live for longtime just in the name of getting ENLIGHTMENT without feed.However still practical part of it,is so sophisticated in our sense.Eventually,fasting is fruitful for self not for other at all.
