BELOW UNITED-ABOUT MOYES The New Downward Trend Manchester United Is Going Realy Deserves Serious Scrutiny Before Apportioning Blame On Players, Board Or Technical Crew Led By David Moyes. United Was Once Most Dreaded Team In The World, But The Form On Display In The Current Season Is Perhaps The Most Abysmal Any Great Club Of Its Calliber Had Ever Done In Their Most Challenging Time. While Some People Had Blamed It On Moyes, Few Others Had Questioned The Ability Of The Squad While Others Are Blaming The Exit Of Sir Alex Ferguson, The Man Who Returned The Club From Obscure Performance To World Conquerors. But Who Or What Is Responsible For These Avoidable Embarrasment The Club Has Found Itself And How Can It Be Salvaged Within A Short Period That Is Remain For The Season To End And Subsequently Build Upon For Its Total Revival. The 2012/13 Was Just A Season That The Club Celebrated Winning The 20th League Tittle But Unsuspectingly, It Was A Bad (Though Not Very Bad) Season As Much As The Calibber Of The Club Is Concerned. Unknowingly, The Club Has Been Long Due For Complete Overhauling Because The Players Are Ageing And More Are Not Been Promoted From The Youth Ranks Like The Dreaded Fergie Fledgings, The Average Age Of The Players Paraded Last Term, Including The Seasons Principal Signing, Robin Van Persie, Was 28, Compared To All Conquering Set Of Late 90s Which Was 24 And Barcelona Of 2009+ Which Was 25. Other Factor Is The Attitude Of Senior Players, During And After Sir Alex Ferguson, Most Of Them Were Just Playing For Him And Could Not Fathom The Reality Of His Retirement To Move To A New Regime, Thus Making Moyes A Scapegoat For The Clubs Misfortune. Manchester United Won The League Last Term Not Because The Team Was Excellently Superb But Because The Other Contenders Fall When They Should Have Taken Advantage, A Team That Lost 5 Matches Does Not Deserve To Be CHAMPIONS. If It Were Fergie Period, Yes United Would Not Have Panickly Buy An Average Player Like Felaini Or Lost Out On Many Big Names Contended For, But I Am Also Sure That A Burden Talent Like Adnan Januzaj Would Not Have Got A Chance Like This (Examples Are The Acrimonious Exit Of Super Starlets Like Ravel Morrison And Paul Pogba) And Wayne Rooney Might Have Even Left For Another Club, So Where Is Moyes Factor Responsible For This Mess. Yes, David Moyes Also Have A Big Impact In The Quagmire, How On Earth Did He Send All The Entire Technical Crew Packing From A Club That Has A Big Tradition, The Staff That Understand Each Players, Physically And Psychologically, The Kind Of Relationship That Exists Among Them For Long Time And You Expect Them To Perform Wonderfully Under A New Regime That Was Totaly Strange To Them, Even Angels Can Not Thrive In That Setting. Then What Is The Way Out, The Problem As I Earlier Mentioned Is Not As A Result Of Trusting Moyes With The Club So Big, Pep Guardiola Was Less In Experience When He Took Over Barcelona From Frank Rijkard, Yet He Won Six Trophies In His First Season, It Wasnt A Rockett Science, It Was A Tradition Built Upon, If Jugen Klopp Could Resucitate A Dying Baryern Munich Within 3 Years, Then It Takes Not Much Stress From David Moyes To Transform Manchester United To The Best In The World Again. First, The Recruitment Of Juan Matta Should Be A Bedrock On Which The Cussion Would Be Measured To Salvage The Season, But If It Cant Make The Champions League Position, It Is Not Bad, A Europa League Position Will Be Good Enough To Start Rebuilding, The Policy Of Recruitment Should Be Made On Age Cap, No Matter How Good A Player May Be, If Hes Older Than 24, He Should Not Be Considered, The Youth Teams Should Be Given A Thorough Watch And Talents Promoted From Therein, Willing Manchested United Talents From Other Clubs Like Everton Ribero Should Be Brought, While Established Players Like Kagawa Be Given More Playing Time, Fed Up Players Like Wayne Rooney Should Be Allow To Go (If Mourinho Could Let Mata Go, Wayne Rooney And His Likes Are Not Totaly Indispensable) Players Like Nani, Young, Cleverly And Few Others Are No Longer Manchester United Quality, They Should Go, While Veterans Like Giggs And Carrick Should Be Draft To The Technical Department And More Scouts Should Be Recruited Through Continents And Their Reports Be Given A Prominent Consideration. More So, A New Policy Of Attraction Should Be Formulated To Make The Club Admirable For Players And Ex-Players And Fans All Over The World Should Be Allowed Some Says In The Policy Making. With Over £100million Pounds At Hand, If Judiciously Spent, I Beleive United Will Be Great Again In Short Time. Yes, MANCHESTER UNITED SHALL BE GREAT AGAIN! #GGMU
