BENEFITS OF TREKKING IN OUR LIFE Some thought that trekking is just a walk on mountains and some take it very seriously. For some it is just a way to explore the unexplored world but for some it is a passion. Whatever it is but one thing is for sure that trekking has lots of hiding benefits which makes a real impact on our day to day life. Here we explain as to why one should choose trekking: 1. Fresh Air: One of the biggest reasons to go for trekking is fresh air. As we know that it is very hard to find fresh air in metropolitan or middle layer cities where we live. Just imagine the magnitude of air freshness in mountains where it directly flows from the peaks without any smoke blended in it. This transcends a lot of freshness through heart and lungs. 2. Friendship: One of the best things that happens while trekking is friends you earn during the expedition. We must say that the friends you will find during trekking are the friends for a lifetime and I am saying it on the basis of our experience. 3. Culture: When you go trekking some unseen shades of culture come before your sight. They come in the form of some totally unknown or very little known villages and trails. You will come across different lifestyles, foods and societies which are very difficult to find in our day to day life. One more thing you would stand amazed by is the fact that the doors are never locked there because they don’t feel a particular need of it. 4. A robust Heart: Trekking is a great bet for those who wish to keep their hearts healthy and agile. while trekking, a person has to climb up and down which makes heart pump blood with vigor, so in a way, trekking is also a great way to provide much needed exercise for the heart. 5. Cleansing of Lungs : Trekking tours are an excellent way to inhale clean air. Most trekking tours are organized away from human population which automatically means that the flora would bear little impact of human activities and the area would have extensive vegetation that would keep the air cleaner. 6. Stronger Bones: Trekking requires optimum effort from human body, as it requires stretching, jumping, climbing and dodging at several intervals. Such small burst of exercises at regular intervals during trekking would help make bones stronger. 7. Agile Muscles: The one thing that a trekker would surely achieve while on trekking tour is excellent muscle strength. The energy and strain that would undoubtedly lead to exercising of each and every muscle in the body, thus making body flexible and muscles agile. 8. Cool Mind, Excellent Focus: Trekking requires unhindered concentration, and to do that, a person has to clear his thoughts and prepare his mind to face topographical challenges.
