The crystals or pearls are all firmly stuck into place, but will not withstand picking. If any gems do happen to come unstuck, they can be re-attached with a small drop of extra strong glue. Please order the next size up if you are unsure about the sizing. They can always be worn with an extra insole inside them. I am a size 6 with quite wide feet and this size shoe is a little on the loose side for me. However, with an insole, they are perfect. All shoes are made to order..so please allow up to 10 days to receive them. Returns can only be accepted at your own expense and as long as the shoes show absolutely no signs of wear.
