Avoid as much as possible to be restless or impatient, because it in calm and peace that the forces of the Divine Grace at their maximum. Set the Divine Grace everywhere. Learn to rely on the Divine Grace and to call for Its help in all circumstances; then it will work out constant miracles. It is in proportion to our trust in the Divine that the Divine Grace can act for us and help. EXAMINE each thought thoroughly. Do i want that thought to come back again, or is it better for it never to return? When i am sure that it is just a part sucking my energy, I command it to be thrown away, given to God or to the Divine Grace to be destroyed, never to return. Less thoughts. No Thoughts.
