BEWARE...CHECK your statements!!!! I noticed a $13.00 charge on my credit card that was from BLS WebLearn...a company that I didnt recognize. And, this transaction also generated a Foreign Transaction Fee... I googled it and this is what I found...see link below. My bank has refunded me the money, but now I have to destroy my credit card and wait for a new one.... Oh well, I consider myself lucky that it didnt escalate into something worse....
