BEWARE CORIO PEOPLE! I live in Fairbairn dve and today as i groomed a dog across from my house myself and my client witnessed a young guy dressed in a black hoodie , b,ack pants and black runners walking down the street looking over his shoulder every couple seconds at us after walking past my dog trailer, As we watched we witnessed him start and stop and then mark the concrete! more than once with something. I did ring the police and they came and saw the marks and confirmed the mark is for stealing dogs! please keep your dogs close and check your concrete out front for a mark etched into the concrete and try to remove it. MY HOUSE has also been marked!!!!! all the marks look like this in the picture!
